D.I.P Property Cleaning Services keeps up to date with the most advanced cleaning and maintenance technology methods. Our technicians use natural, environmentally free & non-toxic, child and pet safe solution that gets dirt, grim and stains ready to be rinsed away. We have a multi-stage process that is used to achieve the best results:
- Pre-Vacuuming
Dust from the corners and the dirt is removed using industrial vacuum cleaner - Pre-Spray
A biodegradable solution is applied to breakdown soil - Agitation
A carpet scrubber used to assist with removal of soil - Spot Treatment
Any remaining spots treated with the appropriate solution. - Steam Clean
Carpet is steam cleaned using powerful specialist equipment Deodorising Is applied to neutralise odours and add a fresh fragrance.
It usually takes around 2 to 4 hours for your carpet to dry completely after it has been steam cleaned, although it can be walked on straight away! We also offer rug cleaning and upholstery cleaning services.

I rang Dihan last Wednesday as i was moving into my home on Saturday and needed cleaning before i moved in. WOW! - end of lease cleaning, both dog and I are very furry - lots of hair everywhere. Dihan did an amazing job, cleaning, steam cleaning carpets and pest control. Basically turned up and just knew what was required. Apartment is back to mint condition. Dihan took so many worries away today, I could not be more satisfied. Very reasonable quote, too.
